Practice our Practice ~ The Beacon for June 14, 2011

The 30 day Innate Intensive wrapped up just a short while ago.  Although the program itself has come to a completion I know many of you have developed skills and rituals that will serve you for the rest of your lives.  Some have continued their daily commitment to themselves to continue with regular meditation, journaling and movement.  Many others have gained new insights and breakthroughs that have lifted them to the next level of their being-ness.  Congratulations!




For me I am incredibly grateful firstly to have heard from Innate an invitation to host the Intensive and to be gifted with the rough outline that acted as the foundation for our work.  Secondly, I am grateful for so many, to have stepped up to the plate, and to have participated so fully both at the meetings and via our blog.  Lastly, I am grateful to see so many of you shining brightly, listening, trusting and honouring Innate.  This is the biggest gift we can give ourselves.

One participant described the Intensive as, “A good opportunity to challenge myself to do consistently the things that I usually just wish I was doing more of.”   Anyone relate to this?   Another participant described it as, “An inner journey to see my soul and potential.    What a great meeting it was.”


May the echoes of the Intensive remind us: that we truly have everything we need to be healthy and happy inside, to take action and follow through to walk our talk, and may we continue to practice our practice as the Intensive has really just begun :)
