2014 Out with the Old, In with the New

2014 is upon us. 

With a new year comes renewed optimism of becoming a new you. Before beginning anything new, it is wise to complete on the past. To do so I would like to offer you a simple clearing exercise to integrate and celebrate your successes/wins, and to heal and transform your misses/glitches from 2013. To do this we have attached a simple two page exercise which I encourage you to print and complete.

On page one (below) you are asked to write your top three successes/wins and your top three misses/glitches from 2013. Now as a way to integrate and further embody these wins I suggest you share or even celebrate each of them with at least three of your friends and family. When we acknowledge our positive aspects with emotion, it acts to reinforce the neurology and energetic of this win making it more accessible for future access. 

Now for your misses/glitches, we will work with these on page two (below). It is said that everything happens for a reason, and everything is occurring in divine balance so the fact that you see this as a miss/glitch tells me you have yet to gain the wisdom/lessons from it. So let’s do that now. On the next page write your top three misses and beside each one I encourage you to find 10 lessons/benefits you gained from it. At first it may seem like a stretch but invest some time in it and you may be surprised by what you find. This will help to balance your perceptions returning you to centre and is a powerful tool that you can use for a variety of applications.
