Welcome back and Happy New Year! This
is a great time of year to reflect and acknowledge the accomplishments of last
year and also to look ahead to the year in front of us and get clear on where
we want to focus our energy. For me there were plenty of wonderful successes
and strides forward in 2014 and also a couple of things I am so ready to
release and make new. It has been
really beneficial for me to take time and celebrate my successes as my ego
would rather focus on my faults. It has
been equally supportive to zero on those things I know must change, those
things that are incongruity with the rest of me, make them my primary focuses
for this year and create an action plan to ensure growth in these areas.
To support you with this we have put
together a number of questions to help you gain perspective and to Kick Start 2015 into a healthy,
abundant, outrageously vital year. (See

If you are
wanting to take this to the next level please join me for our upcoming “2015-
Your Best Year Yet” talk where I will walk you through a number of
processes to help build clarity of your values, how to link them to your
health, and help you set authentic goals for your health for 2015.
The talk will be
held at the Rotary Field House (850, 3rd Ave., Serauxman
